REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the ParseRouter service, operated by Mitrotasios Monoprosopi IKE (doing business as ParseRouter, “we,” “us,” or “our”). Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund as described below.

REFUNDS

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s buyer terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms. Where you are entitled to a refund under those terms or under applicable law, we will honor that refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please contact us at founders@parserouter.com with your account and transaction details, or contact Paddle directly using the details on your payment receipt. Please allow a reasonable period for your request to be reviewed and processed. Once processed, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
